560 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 560 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided. By using the 560 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing or using the 560 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, along with any related policies published by 560 from time to time.

To use 560's services, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the minimum legal age required under the laws of your jurisdiction;
  2. Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
  3. Not be located in a jurisdiction where access to the 560 platform is prohibited or restricted by local law;
  4. Registering an account using personal information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

560 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any user who does not meet the above requirements or who provides false information during the registration process.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 560 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.

During the registration process, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, and any other requested details. All information provided must be accurate, and you are responsible for keeping it updated should any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for:

  1. Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential from third parties;
  2. All activity that occurs under your account, whether with your knowledge or not;
  3. Notify 560 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
  4. Not sharing your account or allowing any other party to use it under any circumstances.

560 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3. Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Conduct

560 platform users are expected to use the service responsibly and comply with all applicable rules. Using the platform for purposes that violate Malaysian law or compromise the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Specifically prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform;
  2. Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other financial criminal activity through the platform;
  3. Abusing bonuses, promotions, or incentives in a manner that contradicts the stated terms and conditions;
  4. Interfering with or breaching the security of 560's systems, databases, or platform infrastructure;
  5. Spreading false or misleading information about the platform or its services.

Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, freezing of associated balances, and legal action where necessary.

4. Payments, Transactions & Fund Management in MYR

All financial transactions on the 560 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid, registered in their own name, and consistent with platform policy.

Regarding deposits and withdrawals:

  1. Deposits will be credited to your 560 account once payment has been confirmed through the payment system used;
  2. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used or an alternative method approved by 560, subject to identity verification;
  3. 560 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify a user's identity before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits;
  4. Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds via unauthorised payment methods may result in the transaction being voided and the account being investigated;
  5. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to current policy and may change from time to time.

560 is not liable for payment delays caused by third parties such as banking institutions or payment service providers.

5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Account Suspension & Closure

560 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or a request from a relevant authority. Where an account is closed due to a user's breach, 560 reserves the right to withhold any associated balance at its sole discretion.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team via email at [email protected]. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of the verification process.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 560 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 560 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the property of 560 or its respective licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 560.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

560 reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate processes in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
